Dr. Neil Tanna is a leader in his field, a respected educator, and a prolific author. He serves as Professor of Surgery and Associate Program Director of the Plastic Surgery residency at Northwell Health. After graduating from a four-year medical school, doctors spend six to eight additional years in residency or postgraduate training. This residency training provides specialty specific instruction in Plastic Surgery. Dr. Tanna is intimately involved in the training of these future Plastic Surgeons.
