My determination and desire to become a Plastic Surgeon largely developed from my encounters with a group of inspirational mentors. Having completed my education and training all across the country, in particular Los Angeles and Manhattan, I have had the unique opportunity to work with world’s best surgeons. Taking the best from each, I have developed a unique style and practice of Plastic Surgery. I am humbled by the inherent challenge in improving the aesthetic appearance, while concurrently respecting form and function. I take great pride in my work and even more so in my approach with patients. My first and foremost priority is the patient and their experience. This begins from the minute someone calls or the moment the patient walks into the office. I want everyone to feel welcomed into my practice with professionalism and compassion. I’ll spend as much time with patients as they need or I’ll see them as many times as they need to feel comfortable. Finally, I’m always available for patients. I’m committed to taking care of the whole person.

Signature Aesthetic Approach

I appreciate the beauty of individuality. Each patient is unique with different desires and goals. Respecting this individualization, I aim to ensure that a safe, sound, and reliable treatment plan is tailored to meet your specific needs. I give my personal attention to make certain I understand your objectives and concerns, while I spend the time to clearly explain and define our approach. Natural. Long lasting. Safe. These are the just some of the words that define my surgical philosophy. I strive to offer the most natural looking results, always trying to avoid obvious signs of surgery. I respect that my patients have busy lives and constantly aim for the shortest recovery times. Finally, I believe in safe Plastic Surgery that offers long lasting results.

Signature Reconstructive Philosophy

I offer reconstructive surgery to women with breast cancer. Every day, I encounter and treat these patients, whose lives, as they know it, are altered when they incur a new diagnosis or injury. Their way of life, as they are used to, changes overnight.

Reconstructive surgery offers hope by restoring form and function. These patients sometimes require different treatments with multiple specialists, exemplifying their resilience and character. In every one of my encounters with these patients, I am humbled by their determination and respect for life. To whatever degree feasible, we work together to help restore and rebuild their lives with reconstructive surgery.

Ultimately I measure success in and out of the operating room. It is not only about the results, but the patient experience. There is nothing more rewarding to me than a happy patient.

Respectfully,

Neil Tanna
