This 41-year-old female presented with excess axillary breast tissue. She complained of excess tissue in both axillae, worse on the left side, which had been present since her first pregnancy 12 years prior. The patient experienced pain and discomfort on both sides. She underwent bilateral axillary breast tissue removal surgery to improve appearance and alleviate her symptoms.
