This 56-year-old female underwent removal of saline breast implants. The patient presented with bilateral capsular contracture (hardening of the implant) and breast pain after breast augmentation, performed by another provider. Implant removal and capsulectomy were performed through an inframammary fold approach. She decided against implant replacement, instead choosing a simultaneous breast lift (explant mastopexy).
