This 35-year-old female presented with left breast invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) and ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). She decided to undergo bilateral mastectomy with simultaneous deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction and prepectoral acellular dermal matrix (HyPAD®). Nipple reconstruction was subsequently performed.
