This 36-year-old woman underwent simultaneous Long Island abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and liposuction surgeries, performed at the same time as hysterectomy. Excess skin and fat of the abdomen and flanks were removed. Abdominal wall laxity from diastasis recti (separation of rectus abdominus muscles) was repaired. She has a history of 2 pregnancies.
