Abdominoplasty
This 42 year-old woman underwent abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), performed at the same time as a ventral hernia repair. Excess skin and fat of the abdomen and flanks was removed. Abdominal wall laxity from diastasis recti (separation of rectus abdominus muscles) was repaired. She has a history of 3 C-sections.
