Implant Removal Patient 905888
This 50-year-old female underwent removal of silicone breast implants. She previously had breast augmentation by another provider. She had left implant rupture, pain, and implant hardening. Implant removal and capsulectomy were performed through a previous inframammary fold scar. The patient was not interested in fat transfer or simultaneous explant mastopexy (breast lift).
