This 61-year-old patient presented with right breast ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). She underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy with simultaneous deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction. Nipple reconstruction and micropigmentation (3D nipple and areola tattooing) were performed.
