This 62-year-old female has a strong family history of breast cancer and chose to undergo bilateral risk-reduction mastectomy and simultaneous bilateral deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction. The patient had ptosis (drooping) of both breasts that was corrected with a mastopexy (breast lift) of the reconstructed breasts.
