This 59-year-old female presented with a history of bilateral breast cancer and previous bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with subpectoral implant reconstruction. She reported animation deformity, discomfort, and dissatisfaction with the size and appearance of her breasts. She chose to undergo removal of both implants and a delayed deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction.
