This 45-year-old female presented with a history of right breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies (NSM) and simultaneous implant breast reconstruction. The reconstruction was performed entirely through an inframammary (IMF) fold approach. Patient did require adjuvant radiation therapy to the right breast reconstruction site.
