This 38-year-old, BRCA positive, female presented with a family history of cancer and genetic susceptibility to breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy with stacked acellular dermal matrix (ADM) and implant-based reconstruction. The entire mastectomy and reconstruction were performed through an inframammary fold (IMF) approach.
