This 32-year-old female presented with a PTEN gene mutation and genetic susceptibility to breast cancer. She underwent bilateral robotic nipple-sparing mastectomy with Motiva Ergonomix® implant-based reconstruction. The entire mastectomy and reconstruction were performed through a 3 cm, lateral chest wall, robotic approach.
