This 47 year-old female presented with right breast cancer, after completing neoadjuvant chemotherapy. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy with stacked acellular dermal matrix (ADM) and Motiva Ergonomix® implant based breast reconstruction. The entire mastectomy and reconstruction were performed through an infra-mammary fold approach (IMF).
