This 47-year-old female presented with right breast cancer, after completing neoadjuvant chemotherapy. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy with stacked acellular dermal matrix (ADM) and Motiva Ergonomix® implant-based breast reconstruction. The entire mastectomy and reconstruction were performed through an inframammary fold (IMF) approach.
